Payment policy

 This Payment Policy of «GZ Limited» regulates issues related to possible payment methods for the mobile application and the «Goodzone» web portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

All terms used in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the User Agreement. This Policy is an integral part of our User Agreement

  1. Terms
    1. The application is free, but you can get access to unique content only by subscribing. Detailed information on the terms of use of the Application Services is specified in the User Agreement.
    2. The cost of the Application subscription is determined depending on the selected additional modules and the selected Celebrities / Creators indicated on the Celebrities / Creators page / profile of this Application.
    3. Goodzone charges 5% of the subscription price of the cost and is deducted from your account at the time of ordering the service.
    4. Celebrity charges 0 to 25%.
    5. Payment of the subscription cost is a confirmation of the agreement on the cost and acceptance of the User Agreement.

 

  1. Terms of payment and terms of return
    1. To be able to order celebrity / author communication services, you must first pay the subscription fee.
    2. Please note that funds from a Celebrity / Creator account cannot be transferred to another User's account.
    3. By making a payment in the Application, you agree to provide us with valid payment information.
    4. Please note that payments for services are made in the currency of the payment system.
    5. Once you access celebrity / creator communication services, the amount of money including registration fee and commissions will be debited from your account to the celebrity / creator virtual account. Since the service operates on a subscription basis, the amount spent cannot be refunded.
    6. For your convenience, we provide you with the opportunity to make transactions that are provided by our financial system, using a number of different sources of financing, such as credit and debit cards, and other payment methods.
    7. Various Internet acquiring services are used to purchase paid services of the Application, in particular, but not exclusively In-App Purchase, StoreKit, and others.
    8. The payment methods we use may vary depending on the User's country and may be changed by us at any time in our sole discretion.
    9. Please note that we may use third party payment processing services to process your payments. Payment processors like Stripe and others.
    10. Please review the transaction details carefully before making a payment, as the total cost may include commissions, taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments set by third parties that you will be required to pay.
    11. If you have not reached the age of majority, you can make a purchase using one or another payment method, only with the permission of one of your parents or guardian.
    12. When you make a payment, you give us (and our special payment systems) permission to deduct the full amount from the payment details you provide for the transaction.
    13. We do not collect or store payment information along with other transaction information. Please read the Policies of the respective payment systems before making a payment.
    14. If you make a credit or debit card payment, we may obtain prior payment approval from the card issuer for an amount that may be equal to its full value. The funds will be deducted from your card at the time of payment initiation or shortly thereafter. If you reject the transaction before it is completed, the transaction amount may not be refunded to you immediately due to the need to obtain the above approval.
    15. If the write-off operation leads to an overdraft or collection of other bank fees from you, you are solely liable for these obligations to the bank.
    16. When you use any payment method, you represent and warrant to «GZ Limited» that:

        a. you are the legal owner of this method of payment and have the right to use it;

        b. the payment method you use is valid;

        c. the use of this method of payment and initiation of payments in the Application is carried out in accordance with the legislation in force.

 

  1. Bonuses 

 

3.1. The Application reserves the right to periodically conduct various promotions and sweepstakes within the functionality of the Application. Detailed conditions of which will be announced in addition on a special page of the Application. You have the right to take part in such events.

 

  1. Measures that we have the right to take
     
    1. We may deny you the right to make payments in the Application at any time in your sole discretion.
    2. We may cancel any transaction if we believe that it violates this Payment Policy or User Agreement, or such cancellation may prevent financial loss.
    3. To avoid financial losses that you or we may incur, we have the right to defer payment for a period of time, restrict the use of payment information for a transaction or the ability to make a payment, or deactivate your account.
    4. To avoid financial losses that you or we may incur, we have the right to contact the issuer or source of your payments, law enforcement or interested third parties (including other users) and exchange information with them about any payments, relevant to you, if there is an assumption that this will avoid financial loss or violation of the law.
    5. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of the paid services of the Application at any time and for any reason without any obligation in accordance with the terms of Section 9 of our User Agreement. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason or without them, in accordance with the terms of Section 9 of the User Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments you make to us for these services.

 

  1.  The policy of processing your personal data and information that is transmitted is determined by our Privacy Policy

 

  1. Additional conditions
    1.  If you are unable to make a payment due to technical issues or service disruptions, you may try to make a payment after some time and / or send us a request to resolve technical issues.
    2.  If you suspect that an unresolved or other improper transaction has taken place under your account, you must notify us immediately to prevent financial loss. In the event that you miss from the moment of debiting funds and 30 days of submission of the relevant notice or complaint, we have the right to refuse to consider any claims against us in connection with certain transactions in full and within the limits permitted by applicable law Of Ukraine.
    3. Our User Agreement applies to your use of the payment functions in the Application. In the event of any inconsistency between this Payment Policy and the User Agreement, the Payment Policy shall prevail.
    4. We may make changes to the Payment Policy at any time and without notice within the limits set by law. Each transaction is governed by the version of the Payment Policy in effect at the time you confirm that transaction.
    5. In case of your disagreement with the changes, you are obliged to refuse access to the Application or its individual services and stop using it (them).
